Welcome to my site! My name is Ms. StaceyAnn Palma, and I am a seasoned early childhood and lower primary school global educator. At the core of my work, I prioritize nurturing community building, creating culturally affirmative experiences, and fostering student-initiated, play-inspired, and growth mindset-focused learning.

I firmly believe that every child has the right to a nurturing, meaningful, and magical learning experience. I strive to create an environment that sparks lifelong curiosity and cultivates learners who are eager to positively contribute to their "glocal" communities. By "glocal," I mean recognizing the interconnectedness of our local and global communities.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing students with engaging and transformative educational experiences. I understand the importance of building strong relationships with my students, their families, and the wider community. By fostering a sense of belonging, respect, and cultural appreciation, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space where all learners can thrive.

With a deep commitment to student-centered learning, I encourage my students to take ownership of their educational journey. Through play-inspired activities and a growth mindset approach, I empower them to become active participants in their own learning process.
